bump, I wanna know too...
Mmmm I want some deviled eggs now, lol.
Hard boil the eggs, peel them, slice in half, scoop out the yokes into a bowl. Mix mayonnaise, and yellow mustard with the yokes then scoop the mixture back into the hard boiled egg whites. Top with a little paprika, and then refrigerate until serving. Thats how I always make them, and they come out tasty.
Take hard boiled eggs and remove the yolk. Mix yolk with mayo and a touch of mustard. I add a pinch of sugar to the mix and it makes it very yummy. Spoon the mix back into the egg. Sprinkle with paprika (optional)

boil the eggs
scoop out the cooked yolk and mix with a SMALL amount of mayo and dijon mustard. Then I add a bit of dill relish, a splash of white wine vinegar, a tiny bit of chili powder and a dash of garlic salt. Mix in some fresh ground black pepper, then put your yolk mixture back into the eggs. Sprinkle with paprika for color and smokey flavor.
Lol I don't measure anything... I just do what looks/tastes good. But thats everything I put in mine!
Take the hardboiled egg yolk, mash it up with mayo, mustard and a little bit of vinegar. Sprinkle paprika on top of deviled eggs. I don't measure the ingredients, I just go by taste.
This is how I do it but I add just a little bit of salt and pepper into the yolk mixture. I saw a recipe on here where she added just a bit of cream cheese to the yolk mixture, I tried it and it turned out pretty good too.

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
¼ cup Light Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
½ teaspoon dry ground mustard
½ teaspoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Paprika for garnish
Pop out (remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard powder, vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Fill the empty egg white shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
feel free to double or triple etc. sometimes instead of dry mustard I just add a little reg. old mustard like guldens. Good Luck .
The group I call home is 2gether 4change !! The group I "Play" in is TAA ..I hope to see you there !!!
I'm in the south and this is how we make them. I think depending on where you live they can be made different. I had some at my cousin's house and they tasted very different..she lives a few states away.
Boil your eggs until hard boiled. once boiled shell and half. Take all the yokes and put them in a bowl.
Mix:
Mayo
Mustard..not too much
Salt and Pepper
I usually add dill pickle juice or dill pickle relish.
Put back into halves and you can top with paprika.

Okay, who put a "stop payment" on my reality check?
I put the yokes into a bowl and mash them with a fork. Then I add a tablespoon of dijon mustard and 1/4 cup of mayo. I go with that ratio, adding little by little, until I get the right consistency. Then I put in as much smoked paprika and two to four cloves of roasted garlic. It's usually 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of paprika. Then I put it all into a piping bag and pipe it back into the egg halves. I sprinkle a bit of paprika on top for color, just a tiny dash on top of each one.
Oh.. and I make two dozen eggs, if that helps.
sometimes I use the hand mixer to get the yolk mixture really creamy.
