I am trying to get the caliper off a 1998 Buick ark avenue and I have no clue how to get the top part off . It doesn't screw off like a normal bolt. I don't even know how it screws..... Here is a pic

I guess it swivels. So it doesn't unscrew on the top any ways. Doesn't matter SO made me feel crusty for doing research to help so fuck him I am done.
