Just wondering somethiing here,if it'sd just me or if it's anyone else.I ususally get my CS on Wednesdays after DD's dad gets paid.Like he just got paid this last Friday so I should've got my CS today,I'm just wondering if anyone else's CS is running late cuz of the day before Thanksgiving.

Mine always got messed up due to holidays, but my ex hasn't paid anything since July and is out of work now so I probably won't see a dime until tax return time. Anyway hope it gets to you soon!
Mine is running $15,000 and 1 year 2 mths behind....so it may be the holiday! lol ;-) jk

I guess it depends on whether or not you receive checks or have the CS deposited into a bank account or debit card. Clearly you receive checks, sorry I dont have an answer.
The CS my husband pays to his ex goes directly from his check onto some sort of debit card the state of Florida gives to custodial parents. So my step-son's child support shows up, in full, same time every two weeks. Is there any way you can have it set up for direct deposit? That would cure the waiting game.
I don't have a checking account to use direct deposit and I have a debit card. You do need a checking account to have direct deposit right?

Yep.
Some states have a debit card for child support payments. I dont think you need a bank account for it, but I'm not sure. I dont receive child support, so what I know about child support is from my husband. Florida does the child support debit card, I know other states do it as well. Dont know what state you're in or whether or not they do this, but maybe you could check into that...(?)
