I was wondering if you are going to cook your turkey over night what temp do you cook it on?

i do...i just put mine in at 350 then when i go to bed i'll drop the temp to about 250.....hope he enjoys his tan in his tent..lol
some people are like slinky's ---- not really good for anything....but make you smile when you push them down a flight of stairs.
