So today i learned a very valuable lesson. Let me tell you my story first. For the last four years i have been a SAHM. I have on occasion helped a friends aunt at her hotel with the catering service. But mostly its just been me sitting at home taking care of my kids and my hubby. Well lately we have been having some financial issues so i decided to get a part time job so i could work at night while DH watches the kids. Well i got a job at a pizza place taking orders. Today was my fifth day and it felt like a living hell!! We were so busy it was unreal! It was one of the busiest days of the year they said. And i got put on the phones with me and one other person. First my cash register messed up and i couldn't cash anyone out. Then i messed up SIX pizzas (i still don't get how i messed those up ! ) So they had to go back and cook six more pizzas and there was already a freaking ton of people waiting. I had people yelling at me that it was taking to long and people calling and complaining about there pizzas. Two drivers got cussed out. It was a mad house! People everywhere! Now mind you i wasnt the only one that messed up but i messed up the worst. When i left i cried all the way home. I felt soo horrible and i felt very incompetent. So i just want to say to anyone that works in customer service and i have yelled at you or complained about you or if anyone has i am SOOO SORRY! I had no idea just how hard it could be! So here is my apology for everyone! Thank you for reading and happy thanksgiving!!!

aww hun - don't beat yourself up! Everybody has bad days! I think that if everyone had to work a customer service or food industry job at some point, people would stop being so rude when something goes wrong. Just write this one off as a horrible day and forget about it! Enjoy your Thanksgiving tomorrow! :-)
Im sorry you had such a crappy day.Im sorry you had to leave your kids and put up with this crap!Gotta do what ya gotta do but man what an evening!
Ugh I hate working customer service! I'm sorry you had such a bad day!

One is always pointing out the bad things that the other is doing in hopes that I don't notice all the bullshit he is trying to get away with...
I'm not fooled by my own kids and I'm not fooled by Politicians.
