i feel sooo much better about myself :)

this is a before. ( about a month before i got pregnant this past time )

this is a little over 4 months after I had my baby :) took it the night before last.

I feel sooooo much better about myself. I still wanna work on toning the belly area, how long does that take after having a baby?!

i lost the weight I wanted to ( 30 pounds lighter than the night before I had my baby ...20 pounds lighter than the before picture ) I would like to maybe lose 10 more but i mainly wanna tone things up first.

what is the best way to tone up the belly area?

im not positive. i am breast feeding and i know that had a lot to do with it cause i lost a big chunk of it before I was allowed to work out. i only gained 8 pounds with my pregnancy so i lost more than that just having her.  I worked out, but not  a ton. just when I can get there. i am eating  A LOT healthier than I was before. and taking care of 2 kids is definately more stressful than one, lol. i wish i had an answer to give you straight out, but i guess a little of everything.

i just really wanna tone it up and look good in a swim suit. ya know? I live in Key West till 2011, and it is swim suit season most of the year, lol

Ok I saw the title and thought you were going to show a 30lb 4 month old! hahaha!

Congrats on the weight loss, you look fabulous!  Toning your stomach = weight training, very clean eating, and cardio!

Wow, you look great. Try backwards sit ups and exercises that work your back as well.

I have been working out 4 days a week for 4 weeks and I haven't lost a single pound yet. I can tell i'm gaining muscle, though. I hope I look as good as you one day!
