Ok I am always reading posts about how some fathers get out of paying child support by signing away thier rights. How is it so easy for them to do that? I tried to get my daughters fathers rights terminated and a lawyer told me that I had to have someone willing to adopt my daughter in order to do that.

Getting parental rights terminated is not the same thing as getting out of child support obligations. A man can terminate his parental rights, but he cannot get out of his child support obligation unless the child is adopted.
