Question: would you rather have overcooked or undercooked turkey?

Options:

overcooked...you can always use gravy

undercooked...as long as its mostly done

i refuse to accept those options so i choose "OTHER"

i have had problems with undercooked turkeys in the past *sobs* so this year i'm gonna cook this thing until i know its done.
