No cooking, no cleaning, no family, but a bunch of friends!  Today will be perfect!!!

Have a Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  ;-)

*Okay, I guess I cheered to loudly.  I'm making a batch of chili/chocolate cookies in exchange for juicy gossip.  Well, at least it's for a good cause!

Awesome ladies!  It's 9:45pm where I live...we are all done with Thanksgiving.  It was my first year cooking and suprisingly (because i'm not much of a cook), everything came out really well!!

ah, I have little left to do. ( lucky me!)

I made most of the stuff last night. in four hours I made, mashed potatoes ( from scratch), deviled eggs, stuffing ( from scratch as well), banana pudding, strawberry pie, a huge cheese ball and I got everything ready for today! I got my cocktail sauce made for shrimp, the shrimp thawing, ( pulled it last night) put TOM-TOMM (turkey) in the oven, let him cook on 250 overnight, got my corn and gravy done, oh, I also dressed up the table last night, all that's left is to pull turkey out, heat stuff up, cook the rolls put out cranberry sauce and eat!

then....

SLEEP!

I won't have to cook a big dinner tonight, but I plan on making us a nice brunch. It should be a good day. Happy Thanksgiving!
