 Whats a good way to prepare a duck? I'm a really good cook but this is my first time cooking duck any suggestions?

Set him free!! I have ducks and my brother in law is always trying to eat them. heehee


I would go to www.allrecipes.com they have great recipes and there are comments on things to make it even better. Good luck with your meal.

I hae cooed duck before just cook it like you would a chicken add a little more butter in a injecter into the meat :) you'll be fine i love it
