What time is dinner

What time are you eating your thanksgiving feast? Usually we have dinner with my in laws but this year I am making dinner for just my family and usually the inlaws serve dinner about 1 o clock which I can't stand. I think Thanksgiving dinner should be served closer to dinner time around 4 or 5 but of course hubby wants to go with his family tradition and eat at 1 (I think thats called lunch lol). So what time is Thanksgiving dinner today for you?

Well due to last minute change of plans we're eating at 1pm instead of 4pm!  Not to mention my mom called about 1 hour ago to let me know my dad is coming over to get the food in about 2 hours or so..  Ahh my mom was in charge of cooking 2 pies, the fried turkey, fried chicken and ham!  While i'm in charge of 2 desserts and 8 sides!  We were eating at my apartment but my mom got a call late last night that more people are coming so no way that's possibly in my 2 bedroom apartment so we're having turkey day dinner at her house at 1pm!

We are eating around 1pm, but it is because this turkey is cooking a whole lot faster than usual.
