Baked, but not until Saturday... I've never had fried turkey.
We roast ours, but...... Last weekend at my DS Scout campout they invited the families out for a Thanksgiving feast and they cook the turkeys in garbage cans. We do it every year. The turkeys fully cook in about 2 & 1/2 hrs and are so moist and tender and perfectly browned. It's amazing! Nothing like turkey in the middle of the woods...LOL
I absolutely loathe turkey, but have been known to nibble on a piece if it's fried.
