I'm making peanut butter cookies for my cousin for Thanksgiving today because we're having Flan for dessert (we're Colombian) and she doesn't like it (she's not Colombian, lol). I have extra batter left over from my cookies...can I make it into muffins? Or just make more cookies with it?

I guess I'll make more cookies, lol. There's going to be a few people at the house so I'm sure they'll disappear. Lol.

I make something called peanut butter temptations with p.b. cookie dough. Take your extra dough and put it in a mini muffin tin and bake for about 10 minutes. As soon as you take them out of the oven, press a hershey kiss into the middle. Allow to cool before taking them out of the muffin pan or they will fall apart.

These are so good... they hardly last one day in my house!

Mmmm, sounds delicious! I'll have to try that next time...I already made the rest of my cookies into cookies and don't have any kisses! :( But that sounds sooooo good! lol. (I don't even like PB cookies, but I'd try those!)

I just found a simlar recipe only you wrap the cookie dough all the way around the hershey kiss.  Sounds good!  A good combo.
