So I saw my dr yesterday *new dr* and he gave me the results of my MRI the prognosis isnt good. Basically he said that if I dont get surgery I will not be walking within the next 2 yrs. He also gave me Robaxin,Mobic, and Tramadol. I took the Tramadol with the Robaxin and feel like Im in a fog. Also so sleepy I fell asleep at 5pm yesterday and slept til 5am this morning. Anyone ever experiance this?

Good news this is the first time in 2 yrs that I havent had severe pain. Woohoo!

That sucks but as least now you know exactly what your up against and what needs to be done.

Can't help you out on the meds thought cause I never heard of them.  I hope the foggy part wear off once you get used to them.

bump.  You might want to ask this again tomorrow or on the weekend when people start coming back.  There isn't a lot of traffic here today.

I have taken low doses of Tramadol for headaches and neck aches.  The first time I took it, it made my arms very tingly.  Other than that I didn't have side effects from it and it worked decently.

Robaxin is a muscle relaxer so it is very common to feel as if you are in a fog after taking it. Tramadol, which is a mild to moderate pain reliever will also cause drowsiness.  Why do you have to have surgery? You never mentioned in your OP

I have multilevel spondylosis and 6 bulging discs. This all stems from domestic violence.
