Crap! I need help concerning turkey gravy!

So I cooked the turkey last night and forgot to put the drippings into the fridge. It sat in the oven overnight, is it still safe to make gravy from?

    *EDIT* I thought you said it was in the fridge not the oven, in that case I probably wouldnt use the drippings.

    This ABSOLUTLY incorrect.

    Any food that has been cooked including drippings from a turkey has to be cooled and refidgerated within 4 hours.

    Food cannot sit in the temerature danger zone for that long and be cooked.

    THROW IT OUT.

    Boiling it again does not help.

  • REALLY it wil be FINE!  When you make gravy you heat the drippings to boiling then add in your flour water and cook a little longer, you will cook out any bacteria that has formed(if really any).  I have totally done that before.

    No this is incorrect. I am a chef who is food safety certified. This is not safe to eat.
