Big Sister/Brother Gifts?? PIOG

I would like to get my 3 year old daughter a gift from her baby brother.  I would like it to be something special that we can give her when we come home from the hospital since that will be the first time she meets him (d/t hospital policy/h1n1).  Anyone have any ideas on what I should get her?  Thanks in advance for all of your ideas!

We had a new baby boy in July.  He got our 9 yo dd a watch that she wanted and my 4 yo (at the time) ds a wooden train (thomas line).  They were thrilled. Congrats and good luck.  Pick something that will mean something to your dd.

Maybe a necklace with a heart... like a cute big sister necklace. I can't really think of anything else...

I got a book for my son and a doll for my daughter when my baby was born.
