What time should I go shopping?? I'm going to walmart but i know this year they are open all night with sales starting at 5 am. So when would be a good time to get there and still be able to get my stuff? I don't know if ppl will not get there until 4 or 5 or even at 1 am??? Help! lol I am also going to target kmart and kohls. I am sooo excited! So ladies with experience give me some advice on how to do this and walk away with my merchandise and not bummed out please :)
Black Friday scares me I never go. But I will be spending it in the doc's office with the kids!! AHHHH!!
I'm sorry I'm no help, I too have never been shopping on Black Friday..oh wait maybe once when I was like 7, but still don't remember much from it.
I won't be able to go shopping tomorrow because I'm stuck in the mountains and we have NOTHING here but a travel station (aka gas station) and the closest walmart is an hour away!

I always keep the mindset that I would like something but prolly wont get it....makes it easier. Im leaving my house at 3:45 for Walmart...if I get what I want...SWEET!! If not...damn
I'm not one of those people to wait outside forever.. Last year Kohls opened up at 5 and I got there at 4:55.. I got everything I wanted and then some.
I went last year and am planning on going this year. Last year I went for a GPS, I got there at 4am and there was a line for them with only a couple of people in it. By 10 till 5 there was a huge line!! I would say, if it's a big ticket item like a tv or camera, get there around 3:30 or 4am.
Try not to take a purse if possible, if you MUST take a purse DO NOT leave it in your cart. People will steal your cart.
DO NOT take your eyes off your cart because people will take the stuff right out of your cart!

I have never been to Wal Mart, but I usually start out at Kohl's. I get there right before they open and usually get everything I want. They are really good at stocking all the popular stuff. Last year I waited in line to check out for over an hour, so by the time I got to other stores in the mall they were out of most of the really good deals. I wasn't shopping for anything particular though. I will be going to Toys R Us at midnight tonight for the first time, so I am pretty excited about that!! I LOVE shopping on Black Friday!! Even if you don't get exactly what you want, you will still get TONS of great deals! Good luck, hope you get everything you want and have lots of fun!! Oh, also, I will be taking my stroller with me because sometimes you can't get a cart!! So if you plan on getting big/heavy items you might want to bring one with you!
I love black friday!! I get to walmart about 3am every year and am always right up front and have always gotten everything i have ever gone for so i would reccomend getting there about 3 am the closer to 5 it gets the more and more crowded it will become!!
