What to get my mom for christmas?

Ok my mom has some medical problems. she's got carpal tunnel in both wrists and they think she has rheumatoid arthritis. Well,, whatever she has, it hurts to use her hands at all. She sleeps all the time because she's in pain. She can barely even use the remote control because it hurts.

So I want to get her something to make her life easier. Something that will help her do everyday tasks that she can't do right now because of the pain. Even if it just helps her do one thing. She already has voice recognition software for her laptop so I can't really go with that.

Any Ideas??
