I just found some recipes for leftover turkey on Safeway's site. They look really good and aren't the typical leftover turkey recipes.

We went to a friends house for Thanksgiving...so I have no left over turkey.
I decide to make what I would have made for Thanksgiving...on Christmas...I missed having my cooking on a day like Thanksgiving...hehe
