Okay I had baby #4 on the 9th... Shes perfect.... But we have a few problems and the only people who believe me are SO and the nurses in L and D... She spits up every time we feed her... We have tried different formulas different ways of holding her while feeding... ( yes I tried to breast feed but I was having alot of health issues after my c section and 6 hours of trying to breastfeed and her not eating we decided formula would be best..) her ped had us change the formula back to the original formula we started her with and now she struggles to have a bm... I have NO idea what to do anymore I am to the point of tears everytime I have to make a bottle or change a diaper..... Do you have any ideas???

It sounds like reflux. Have you tried feeding her in front of the ped. or his nurse so they can actually watch what happens? I wish I could give you some hints but my baby with reflux was quickly put on a medication that helped. I can't remember the name but that has been several years ago and I am sure they have something even better now. I feel your pain, it is so hard to watch that.
How many oz per feeding? My daughter used to only eat about 2.5oz tops per feeding. She used to spit up, and sometimes it seemed like projectile, when overfull. But, as long as she was gaining weight along the weight curve (50%) the ped said she was ok. I had to stop halfway through the feeding to burp well too, otherwise she would become very gassy and colicky.
When you switch a formula you aren't supposed to keep changing and changing. I would wait at least a week preferably 2 before you changed a formula again. Give the baby time to get used to it. Good luck mama!

I know this sounds weird but one of the girls here at work had the same problem with her new baby. She switched to the bottles that have the drop in liner and as long as she gets all the air out of the bottles first her son doesn't have that bad of a problem with it anymore. Maybe a thought I know they are expensive.
right now she eats about 2 ounces... but we have to stop and burp her every 1/2 ounce or so or the spit up is right away... she was 7 3 when she was born when we left the hospital she was 6 15 and at the drs office she was 7 5... Im just worried that Im doing something wrong.... Every one can get her to eat with a little spit up but every time I feed her its almost everything that comes up....

That worked for my coworker as well.

That is the kind we have... Because they are so much better with babies who spit up.. ( my dd whos 2 had a problem with spit up but it was the milk based formula and air bubbles...)

Are the health concerns that stopped you from nursing still present? If not, I think it would be worth a try to get baby nursing. Mom's milk is easier on the tummy. Speak to the pedi, and possibly a pediatric Gastroenterologist in case it is reflux. If she's suffering from reflux, medications may help. I know they did wonders with my son. You say she struggles to move her bowels. This is normal for a newborn, learning HOW to move them. This wouldn't concern me unless she was passing dry, hard pellets.
