Gift Ideas for my 17-month-old DD?

I'm honestly at a loss...

I need some ideas that:

  • are age-appropriate
  • don't take up a lot of space
  • don't cost an arm and a leg
  • she will actually enjoy
  • she doesn't already have (i.e., more baby dolls & blankies & toys with balls that pop up on a cushion of air)

Please help!

Thanks!

Natalie

Things she'll love SOON if not now would be: 1) Play Kitchen, 2) Dress Up Clothes (can find at thrift shops even). We bought a Toddler Version of a Play Kitchen for $20 at Dollar General last year - and my 2 and 4 yr old daughters LOVE it! They both play with it all the time and it's "small" and plastic (we didn't have space for a large one).
