the news just said he was taken to a hospital and that the extent of his injuries are not known. He hit a tree and a fire hydrant and that's all i got since my kid was doing his yell/talk thing. Anyone else know anything?
According to this, looks like he was treated and released, so must have been minor injuries
Florida Highway Patrol is reporting Tiger Woods was transported the hospital early Friday after crashing his vehicle into a fire hydrant near his residence in Windermere, Fla., outside Orlando.
As he began to drive .... (Woods) struck a fire hydrant," FHP reported. The front of Wood's vehicle "then struck a tree" located at a neighboring property.
Woods was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee in serious condition, FHP reported, according to Orlando Sentinel. However, a hospital employee said at 2:30 p.m. ET that Woods was not a patient. A hospital operator would not say if Woods had been treated and released.
Florida Today says FHP is reporting the crash remains under investigation and that charges are pending. The extent of Woods' injuries are unknown.
The FHP report indicates alcohol was not a factor in the crash. It also indicates "unknown" on whether a seat belt was used.
There was no mention of the accident on Woods’ Website or his Facebook page, as of 3 p.m. ET.
i dont know much more about the story besides whats on the news sites, but im just curious as to how " serious" his condition is if he was backing out of a driveway? i mean unless he was flying out at like 20+ miles an hour or something...

Hhmmm serious condition or treated and released? Be nice if they would report more already. Maybe tonight they'll tell what happened and if he's in the hospital or not.
i know im just watching cnn head line news and it came across thatsall they said..i hate when they just do a little snip it and im just left like "wha?"
