Left-overs, How creative are you?

Last night's dinner, I was the one(of 6) adults, that enjoyed the baked apples. I was graced with a half-dozen of them! So, what would YOU do with all them apples? I served an apple on a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. No milk, just oatmeal, cooked w/ water, some butter, nutmeg, & sugar. Lunch? that was a sandwich, made with the stuffing biscuits & some deli turkey. Ladies, what and how do you do it, with your left-overs?

are you talking about the apples?  I would put some cinnamon and sugar heat them up and put it over vanilla icecream=)

I don't so anything too creative, but have the family over for lunch and to just hang out while we decorate.

Leftovers don't hang around here long enough for me to get creative with.

 I make Thanksgiving sandwiches.

Me and my husband went out with friends that night, we got home and made sandwiches with mashed potatoes, honey ham (Yeah, no Turkey, the store was out), corn, and cranberry sauce.

YUM! And I might go make another one right now

i made leftover casserole as I was cleaning up last night.

Layer of mashed potatoes, layer of turkey, layer of green beans, mix of cream of celery soup, sour cream and dry onion soup, pour that over everything, top with layer of stuffing.

We LOOOOOVE this. I look forward to this MORE than the thanksgiving meal!
