You are the one who has to live with your body so I say F what they all think. Do what you feel is right for YOU!
Well of course you should feel good about how you look, but you shouldnt let anyone else determine that. If you wanna lose more weight go ahead and do it, thats your body and no one can tell you what to do with it.
Do what makes YOU happy, but please try to stay healthy, lol! I wouldn't have been offended, however it is rude to tell someone they look sick. Skinny is one thing, but sick is rude.

I'd take it as a compliment as in I'd rather look sick form being thin than sick form being fat! I'd say she's a little envious...and GOOD FOR YOU!!!!
if you're 5'5", you can probably still lose about another 20 pounds without doing any harm. good luck to you in your weight loss journey!
