Do you think He has any sort of exchange policy??

Do you think I need a receipt??   Or is it like a car dealership, where I trade them in, pay more money and get two kids who don't fight all the time, and clean their room without an argument??

Anyone know??   :P

Let me know if you figure it out.  I have a 14 year old that I am hoping is still under warranty.
