Have you struggled with your willpower, and lost some weight?  Would you PLEASE share the tips & tricks that helped you drop those unwanted pounds? I've just dropped 3, totalling my loss to24! That leaves me with 32 pounds to my goal weight. ungh, it sounded great, until I tallied my pounds that I still want to lose.

My only advice would be watch your portion size. Make it smaller. Exercise too but if you're like me, there is no time or energy for that. lol

Do strength training 3x a week cardio 3x a week with one day off. Drink half your body weight (in OZ's ) of water. Portion control, stay away from white foods(sugar, salt, flour, white rice etc....) keep a food journal. you can do it! Try group fitness classes to keep you motivated.

1) Drink lots of water

2) Cut out sodas and other refined sugars

3) Eat lots of fresh fruits, fresh vegies, & whole grains

4) Exercise exercise exercise.  Every little bit helps, dance around the house while cleaning up, do leg lifts and squats while washing dishes.. That sort of thing. There's always a way to squeeze little things in to help out.

5) No fast food. No premade/boxed convenience foods.. Cook fresh.

6) Cut down on as much stress as possible. Studies show that stress actually causes women to gain and retain weight, especially around their middle.

7) Eat.. Eat.. Don't starve the body, feed the body.  When women starve themselves, their bodies go into "famine" mode (just part of our "nature" so to speak due to the carrying of children) and will store even more fat to survive on.

Those are the things that have always worked best for me.
