I'm in the same boat with a picky eater or more of a snacker. Here's a BUMP for you.

I try and put as many things they don't like to eat in things they do. I make mac and cheese with bacon (neither of my kids are fans of meat) as well as purred veggies. I make mashed potatoes with veggies in it as well.

But also remember that it is normal for kids to go through spells when they just plain don't want to eat.

My 6 year old is a super picky eater and nothing I have tried has helped.   The only times he seems to try something new is if it someone else tries to get him to eat it.  Like if Grampy is having something, then he will try it for him.

for the issue with not eating anything that touches something else, you could get her a plate that has seperate sections so her food doesn't touch.  anything to help get her to eat.  good luck
