I need a pork tamale filling recipe

I am seriously craving some pork tamales from Rosa's Cafe. But since I can't have any tonight, I'm trying to bide my time by finding a recipe. Anybody know a good pork tamale recipe (if its similar to Rosa's that would be AWESOME) thank you!
