Tubel ligation (piog).....

K I was wondering how long after u have a tubel ligation u have to wait to have sex. I posted it in another group, with no replies. Seems like there wasent enough drama in my post lol. Just wondering, it may be a stupid question, but I had my tubes tied about 3 weeks ago, and I was just hoping that someone might know when I can have sex again. Thanks in advance.

As soon as it heals i think. I had mine tied 4 years ago so I don't really remember. Sorry I"m not much help. What did your doctor say .

I don't think you have to wait at all.  Once your tubes are clipped there is no way for an egg to get into your uterus.  I guess if the egg was already there and you went home and got busy right after surgery.  I never heard of that happening though.  I know I wasn't thinking about sex after I had mine done.

lol yea not really thinking about sex to much, just wanted to know. I feel pretty good tho. I didnt ask my doc forgot to cause I had them done the day after my dd was born. I know your supposed to wait 6 weeks to have sex, but if I feel this good in the next week, Im goin for it lol. Its been forever!!!!!

Wow! My doc made me wait 2 weeks before he would tie my tubes.

I got mine cut tied and burned the same day My ds was born. Maybe 5 hours later.

I had a c-section with my youngest, they tied my tubes while they had me open.  Only problem was after all that....my sex drive died....She'll be 4 in March, it's improved, but I still don't really care if I get sex or not.
