It's kind've amusing, but really more frustrating. I have no idea what to get my 1 year old for Christmas. All I have gotten her is a pair of pajamas, a t-shirt, and that is it. We are done shopping for my 2 1/2 year old, and we still know at least 10 things to tell family member she wants/needs. WHAT should we get her? If you have a 1 yr old, or you have had one, what are you getting them or what did you get them? Please help. :-D

I love my girls, Madison and Isabelle and my husband Sam more than anything in this world! :)

DD is turning one next week!  For Xmas she's getting a new carseat (although with a 2 1/2 too, you might already have one), books, one of those riding toys, a winter coat since she doesn't have one, and whatever cute clothes I can afford...hope that helps!  They just like opening the boxes anyway!

You can't get to know me through a blurb, because I can't sum myself up with one.   coast guard Proud to be a Coastie wife!

I'm big on having lots of books for DS so i got him more books. I also went a little old school and got him alphabet blocks, the ring toy stacker, old wooden puzzles. And soem Elmo stuff too. He was heavy into the Elmo phase the year he was 1 at Christmas.

we got our 1yr old a basketball hoop but that may not help if your girl isnt into it. what about a baby with a stroller or something that youve noticed that she likes but doesnt have anything for...thats how we got the idea for the bb hoop, but besides that and 2 pairs of shoes i havent got him much either.

Taking each day as it comes and trying to make the best out of every situation. I love my family and hate to cook, Taco bell is my favorite although i try not to eat out all the time. Im a probreastfeeding, anti CIO, gotta work kind of mom.

A BUNCH of ball pit balls. Pour them into a pack and play and let her have fun. Kael would flip out when it was time to get out of the pit lol.

I never thought of that, such a cool idea!  Would that work for an almost 2 year old I wonder?  Where do you get em at?

OMG! I did this too lmao. Seriously why go and buy the whole blow up thing when you can get a bunch of balls for like $10 and dump them in their play pen.
