do you really like breastfeeding?

I have been breastfeeding for a month now and honestly I do not see why everyone else says it is so great... I honestly strongly dislike it for a few reasons, the only reason why I continue to do so is because of the antibodies for my baby.
But really am I the only one breastfeeding that does not like it? I feel so guilty because are you not supposed to love it?

maybe evaluate why you don't like it?

I have my moments. I mostly love it, but there are times I dislike it. I nursed Becka fro 21 months, and Taegen's 6 months.

i loved what little bfing i got to do with my son. unfortunately i had lots of milk problems but hopefully this time will be easier.

Taking each day as it comes and trying to make the best out of every situation. I love my family and hate to cook, Taco bell is my favorite although i try not to eat out all the time. Im a probreastfeeding, anti CIO, gotta work kind of mom.

Honestly yes I love BF, for lots of reason really. Not only is it more convenient but easier than FF IMO. Albeit it does get annoying sometimes, but thats also because I am nursing a 15 month old, who pinches, and kicks and squirms, and its really enough to drive you crazy.

i did love it actually, but at 13 months my youngest decided he'd rather drink from a cup :(  but i wouldn't feel guilty if i didn't. it's not for everybody. but i can tell you, it does get better and easier. i'm excited for my next one, because i'll be bf on demand like my last one, and the bond i have with him now is amazing. i mean, i love my other two, but with my youngest we really did bond more.

i hated it at first, my let down was painful and i felt like all i had to do was feed the baby all the time! but it grew on me, she doesn't eat as often and my letdown doesn't hurt as much now i can just cuddle up with her and enjoy it.

With the twins I really didn't like it at all. But this time with Hero I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Maybe it's because there is only one baby to BF this time or that i'm not suffering severe PPD. But I really honestly do love it this time. It is sooooo much easier than formula and bottles. And I agree with the pp about the bond. I lov emy twins to death, but I do feel amazing;y close to Hero.

I did not breast feed and i don't feel bad about it. I bottle fed my dd and she is perfectly healthy. I think it is society making us feel we have to do certain things or we are bad people.

I emjoyed breastfeeding my sons.

Why is that you don't like about it?  Just curious.

When my son was a newborn I didn't enjoy it very much because it was a little overwhelming.  But after a while I began to be grateful for it.  I didn't have to make bottles at night or wash them.  I didn't have to carry around all the stuff to make bottles.  And honestly if he would have been formula fed I would have helf him every time I fed him (even if he could hold the bottle.) because I would still want to bond with him.  Also, if you need to move around while BF you can use a sling (I loved me moby wrap.).  With a bottle fed baby you have to hold the baby and the bottle....it just seems like so much work to me!

Well... Honestly... There have been times I have not loved it, but for the most part I do.. if that makes any sense. Even when I don't, I know why I'm doing it and that helps.
