I had a blast!!! Everyone told me I would hate it and people are so rude, etc. I stood in line at ToysRUs for an hour and chatted with the ladies behind me. The store was packed but everyone was nice. I spent $250 and my cart was FULL. In the checkout line talked to more people. When I left I saw one of the ladies I had been talking to. She asked if I was going anywhere else. I told her Target, she said she was done, then changed her mind and said she was going to Target. She said she was going to grab coffee and meet me in line. She came and handed me a latte, said she wasn't staying but wanted to bring this to me. How nice was that?
I stood in line at Target for 4 hours. Honestly it flew by! I was talking to the people in line by me. We were listening to music and chatting away. Target handed out Starbucks at 430. I got the big ticket items I wanted. Again, CROWDED but only one rude person. She started charging through and there was nowhere for me to go. She could move to the right. I said, "you do realize you cannot get through until you let me through, right?" She said "don't be rude." Lol...I just laughed. I walked out of there $750 more poor lol.
I then went to Macy's...SUCKY SALE. I was so disappointed. I went to Office Depot after that. I got this computer desk w/hutch for super cheap. I got home at 8am. I took my son to the doctor and then went to bed from 10-3. I got up and finished shopping. I can't sleep now :(
notes for next year. Wear a winter coat and gloves, no shoes w/holes in them, take a chair, and have a plan lol. I was not prepared at all. I had no chair, no blanket, no list, no gloves, etc. I had fun though! How was your experience if you went?

I love shopping on Black Friday. I too met 2 very nice woman while standing in line at Wal-Mart to buy V-Tech items. Every year I learn a bit more about what not to do. As long as you have a game plan and a frind to go with you it can be so much fun.

Oh it was before they opened. I went to ToysRus at 12 and Target right after at 1, they opened at 5. I wanted a tv and camera. It really didn't feel like 4 hours
