Let's hear what's cooking (or what's getting ordered) this Saturday night!

I'll be making shrimp pad thai and coconut ice cream with chocolate sauce.

We had Popeye's for dinner.......about 6 hours ago. :-D It's currently 11:30pm here though(Germany).

I BELIEVE IN CRYING IT OUT AFTER 2 MONTHS OLD, SPANKINGS WHEN NEEDED, I LET MY FAMILY EAT JUNK FOOD IF THEY WANT IT, GAVE MY DD'S WHOLE HALLOWEEN, AND EASTER BASKET TO HER TILL THE CANDY WAS GONE. I AM A SMOKER TRYING TO QUIT, DRINK ON OCCASION, LOVE TO COOK, MY HOME IS ALWAYS CLEAN "IF" SOME ONE SHOWS UP, NEVER LATE TO ANYTHING KIND OF MOMMY AND WIFE. ITS JUST WHO I AM.

omg..pad thai sounds so yummy. I have tried making it a couple of times at home and it never tastes near as good as at the restaurant.

OMG. I LOVE fried chicken and I'd kill for Popeye's!! We have KFC and Churches, but both are too far to just pop out and get and the local place, Pollo Campero, I don't go to anymore after I saw the kid who served me my french fries, mining for gold and wiping it on his pants...ugh.

I do not know. It is a surprise! I am hoping for lobster, scallops maybe even some crab, though...lol The LO is at the grandparents and my husband just went to the store for drinks and dinner. I might even get lucky tonight! ;)

No lie, mine is restaurant quality, but it took a while to get it right! Now I make the sauce by the liter and make pad about once a week or so. I'm doing it tonight because I got some super cheap jumbo shrimp from my fish guy yesterday and the Chinese dude at the feria this morning had really fresh sprouts. Can't pass up sprouts like that!
