Anyway: I was behind someone who was driving SLOWLY today. Made me wonder...how fast do YOU drive?

Unless I'm on the interstate, only 5 miles above the speed limit.  On the interstate up to 10 over.  Then again, if I'm going either and have someone fly up on me and tailgate, I slow down to exactly the speed limit and won't go over at all.  I hate people who do that!
