$15 gift for 3 year old girl?

Any ideas on something kind of unique?  My son has her name in our kids' gift exchange (my friends and I have 5 kids between us and this year we're having the kids exchange names instead of getting gifts for all of them)...we have a $15 limit.  I already spent $3.00 on a pair of Tinkerbell holiday pajamas, but want to get something more unique for the bigger part of the gift.

Any ideas?

My DD is 3 and she loves crafts and they are cheap.

Go to Micheal's and they have a section of crafts for little kids.

My daughter loves the sock puppets and the Make-a-Mug or Make-a-Plate.

Thanks!  That's the kind of reply I was hoping to get :o)  I usually end up buying a barbie or something that they already have a million of...and I don't want to do that but didn't really have any other ideas.

Crafts will be fun and unique :o)
