And now he's sending 30,000 additional troops?!?!?!

WTF?!?!?!

i thought he was saying if he got elected he would end the war....

He said he was ending the Iraq war hun! He did say he would continue to focus on Afghanistan.... he didnt lie!

Since when? He specifically said he was going to end it where it started- in Afghanistan. We have been pulling out of Iraq and moving into Afghanistan. This has been going on for a while now.

same thing different story, i don't keep up with what he says. i just remember everyone saying he would end the war

Of course he said that.  Then he got in office and they gave him all the information he needed in order to make that decision.  I did not understand why anyone in their right mind thought he would actually be bringing the troops home.   It simply isn't possible at this point.  Well it is possible but not with the "goals" (so to speak) the US wants for Afghanistan.

My baby brother is going to AFG in Feb. So sad...I don't want it to come!!!
