Pantene has their line of stuff for texturizing hair and their wax stuff works great for this!

When I have done this to my hair, I apply a volumizing lotion to my hair and dry it while lifting my hair up with my fingers and sometimes holding my head upside down.  When it's dry I take my flat iron and finish it by pulling my hair in an upward direction with the iron.  It looks so cute!  Goodluck=0)
