Uh stupid question about chicken.

I have frozen chicken breasts.

Usually I make them marinated with Italian dressing, but we are out.

I do have some grill seasoning for chicken.

Is there a way that I can bake the chicken in a pan?

I am NOT a good cook, obviously.

If the pan is safe for the oven yes you can.  If there are any plastic handles on the pan no it is not oven safe.

like in the oven? yeah.

just put the seasoning on them and stick em in a pan and bake according to the chicken direction =]

you dont HAVE to use grill seasoning for only the grill!!!

Lol, I have a great baking pan..

Do I put like.. butter or something in it? Or oil? And for how long should I cook it? Normally it takes an hour with the dressing.

Yes it will be fine in the oven with the grill seasoning and in an oven safe dish or pan lol.

lol nope. just sprinkle the seasoning on like you would if you were grilling it.

and it should take the same amount of time. Just keep checking it and checking the temp..

but idk what the temp should be LOL

Got any cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup?  You can bake them with this as a sort of marinade and then serve it over rice it is easy and pretty yummy

The chicken is done when it reaches an internal temp of 175 and the juices are clear
