St. Johns Wort is a natural herbal remedy sold over the counter to help depression.

what really works for me is getting in the gym and working out. i know it sounds weird but knowing that im doing something good for myself really works. and exercise produces endorphins in the brain, which make you happier. i hope this helps!

I am taking b6. b12, niacin, d3, magnesium and a good multi right now and it has been helping, I havent cried in a week and my period is due in a few days so I should be losing it by now.  I also have celiac and very careful about what I eat.  Oh, I eat high omega 3/6 eggs, avacados, grass fed beef and wild fish.

HERES MY ADVICE, TRY TO EAT AS HEALTHY AS U CAN, GET UP LET SOME LIGHT IN YOUR HOUSE, AND TRY TO BE AROUND POSITIVE PEOPLE, EVEN IF YOU DONT FEEL LIKE TALKING YOU NEED TO GET OUT AND GET FRESH AIR AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE,AND TALKING TO SOMEONE YOU TRUST HELPS TOO, HUGS TO YOUsnowgirl

Thaks! I will start going to the gym 2mrw. Lol I work at gym and never workout so there is no excuse.
