Eric and I want to build a house, once he finishes his degree and has a new job.  I am always looking at stuff online to get an idea of what I would like to have in our home.

As I see stuff that I like I throw it into a file for future reference.

I just found my dream kitchen.

Do you have a dream kitchen?

What would it look like?

I love this French Style Kitchen....I want this but bigger.

omg...me too, i love french country! also, tuscan country...the pics u showed are almost exactly what i would want...i would like all my appliances to be the new oil rubbed bronze finish! so extravagant, and so f-ing expensive! i better keep dreamin!

I don't know what my dream kitchen would look like but I know what I want in it.

I can't stand it when the stove and the dishwasher are close together so tha you can't open both of them at the same time. In fact, I have this same rule about all the appliances and all of the cabinets. That is a huge pet peeve of mine.

I would also like to have strong, sturdy cabinets. We rent right now and the cabinets in our kitchen are all bending with the weight of our dishes and stuff.. ARgh.

I would like LOTS of counter space. Enough so that two or three people can stand side by side and chop veggies or whatnot.

I want gas stovetop, I hate electric.

I would prefer to have glass on my cabinets instead of wooden doors- at least in some places.

I want a huge, walk in pantry, a large triple sanitizing industrial sink, an island with a bar on one side.

I would also really like a nook or a built in desk for the phone and whatnot.

Oh and lots and lots of windows.
