So the risk of breastcancer is higher when you have an abortion, im assuming because there is a drastic change in your body but im no expert. But my question is, does the risk go up when you have  a miscarriage too because both pregnancies end quickly....Your thoughts or if you have more info on the subject plz add thx!

It's not necessarily that it goes up it just doesn't go down like it does when you carry a pregnancy to term. Breast cancer is linked to your menstrual cycle. The more you have the higher your risks. Like if you start at 12 you will have a higher risk than someone that starts at 16. Since pregnancy stops your period it lowers your risk. Miscarriage and abortion do not keep your body from having a period so they do not lower the risks.

I guess there is something positive to waiting until I was 16 to start menstruating!  I always felt so behind.  In fact, in then eight and a half years since I started, I have been pregnant and/or nursing for nearly three and a half years - so I have only had my period for a good five years of my life so far - lol...that sounds so weird now that I add it up.  Of course, we are done now...so I have a long road ahead - EEK!
