 i need to tone up a bit. what are the best at home exercises for abs, back fat, outer thighs and the back of the thighs?

Meh too many exercises to list but if those are the areas you want to tone pick up copies of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and/or No more trouble zones. They're my favorites and work those areas great.

Do you like videos? If so, there's Jillian Micheals 30 day shred and the Biggest Loser Cardio & sculping videos.
