Do you tell your SO when you get hit on? Or keep it to yourself to discourage drama esp. if it's someone you both know?
-Ashley, 23-y/o Soldier, Army Wife, and Mother to a 3 y/o miracle boy, Azriel (survivor of Gastroschisis, SBS, and a triple organ transplant.) I am a vaxing, non-ERF, pro-life, part-time college student, COMMON SENSE type mother.

If someone my husband knew hit on me, I'd definitely tell him. If it was some stupid whistle while at the mall, I don't even think about it long enough to tell him about it.
Isaiah 40:31 "but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
I tell him if someone actually hit on me. Not just a run of the mill random whistle or anything though. Funny thing happened in a bar a few years back when friend and I were waiting for our hubbies to meet up with us. This good looking guy came over to the table and introduced himself as Jason. He was very flirty even after I told him I was married and waiting for my hubs. Anyway he finally go the hint and wandered off. Hubs and his friend came in and my friend and I completely forgot all about Jason when suddenly I noticed him coming right back over to our table. He went right up to hubs and told him "Hey Dude I'm gonna have to kill you so I can get with your wife!" Come to find out he was a guy who hubs had worked with years before who I had just never met. We still laugh about the night he tried to pick me up at the bar!

I tell him most of the time, but like the PP.....not just random "Hey, baby!" type things, lol.
In no way would another man hitting on me cause drama in my relationship. There is no reason to hide it. But it sure is good for a laugh when I do tell him! Laughing at creepy guys is funny.
He knows that I hate being hit on anyways.
It's not drama in our marriage. I tell him if I get hit on because it's usually funny.. and hell, he doesn't get when he's being hit on, or checked out, so I tell him. What's funny how many check him out when he's with me! Although, we do look a little bit like an odd couple. I'm kind of a punk-mom and he's got giant sideburns and otherwise is clean cut.. we're also nine years apart and the age difference is very apparent. Not because he looks old, but because I look like I'm 14. lol I still get carded to get into rated R movies.
At my age, you better believe I will tell him. More thank likely I would tell him several times. I don't care if it was his best friends or not.
Yes--I ALWAYS tell DH!! A few years ago, when I was working, I had a male co-worker who thought I was "SO HOT!!" and a "SEXY BABE!!" LOL!! LOL!! He was TOOO FUNNY!!!! He even asked me if my DH would let him have sex with me for one night!!! LOL!! LOL!! I was like--UHHHH--NO and I would NOT have sex with you even IF my DH did NOT have a problem with it!!! I am NOT like that PERIOD!!!
Back in the LATE 80's, I lived in California. I had GIRLS 'hitting' on me at red lights!!! I was like WTH??? I would ALWAYS shake my head NO to them and they got the message--THANKFULLY!!! Now THAT was pretty CREEPY!!!!
LOL do u have that Oh Sh** face on when he was walking over. I think I would have.
