Go to the "member list" on the left and then type in their name.

When you create your account, I think it's Robin who leaves a standard message in your chatterbox.

You could also just search their name and find their earliest post.

And if you go to the members list, you can see when they joined this group.

But, none of that really means anything, they could have their profile private, or delete the chatterbox message, or make a new profile (this one is my third, I've actually been a member of CM for about three years, but if you just look at the chatter box you would think I've only been a member for a year or so).
