If your cat has had swine flu, please help (PIOG)

My cat is in critical condition at the vet and was diagnosed with swine flu. Please tell me honestly what to expect.

 sorry i dont have a cat i cant stand them but here's a bump and i hope your cat makes it honestly i didnt know animals could get swine flu

yeah... some species can, it jumped the species barrier about three months ago and started infecting domestic cats.

I did here of animals getting the swine flu but not enough info to help you out. SO sorry you are going through this.

OMG, seriously?  That recently?  MAN, I'm glad that a) we got vaxed and b)we got lucky.  The flu that we had around Halloween was the seasonal flu.

I think they'll give her fluids and anti fever meds and hope for the best.  Really, that's all they can do.  That poor kitty!
