what is the best temp for a newborn baby?

yeah body temp the lowest and highest like when my son was in the neo they liked it to stay aroung 98 and up. its his first night home and he is 6weeks old. (sorry new mom)

i think anywhere from 98-100   is "normal" body temp for any person no matter the age.  I run really low 97.2 so i have to be careful if i get near 100.

I was like you. I kept a hat and footed sleeper on my son and swaddled him until he was about 2 months old lol. The dr's say dress them in as many layers as you are comfortable in plus one. So if you have a t-shirt and pants. Put him in a t-shirt, pants and a onesie.
