Help Me Pick One Please

It's time to purchase a high chair for our baby boy and I have no clue what is the best one to get. My husband doesn't want to get a 3 in 1 and we can't get a space saver since we don't have an extra chair. I really like the Chicco chairs but geesh they are pricey!! LOL! Any suggestions on what's a great buy? What do you use?

I use the Rainforest theme highchair that came with a toy that has gotten hours and hours of use.  it is a sturdy chair and the cover is removable and washable.

Just get a booster seat. We wish we would have just bought a booster because they dont weight much and you can take them to parties or g-mas house.

I thought about getting one of those but I'm kindy iffy on it. Are they sturdy and have a good grip on the tables? Are they safe enough?

We have an Evenflo High Chair. I love it, it has the 5 point harness, I think 3 different height adjusters and it came with a really cool toy that locks onto the tray. My mom got it for us from babiesrus. It's really sturdy too. Oh and its a neutral color with animal print on it :)

I admit it...I went cheap on a high chair........but it ended up lasting us from the time she sat up in it first (around 6 months or so) until now and the only reason she doesn't use it now is because she wants to sit at the table with her big sisters so I got her a booster.  It's either a Cosco or Graco brand (I don't remember which without going to look at it) and it does not have a machine washable seat but it's like a soft plastic so it can just be wiped clean. In my opinion high chairs get used a lot and they really do get beat up (foods that stain, kids banging plates/cups/spoons on the tray, etc.) and I see no reason to spend excessive amounts of money on one when you might just end up needing another one in a year. In our case I have been extremely happy with this one and I got it at Big Lots for around $30 but I know they sell it at Walmart and other stores like that. Mine is still in good enough condition after almost 2 years that I will be able to sell it in our yard sale this summer! And for $30 you can afford to buy another one in a year IF you end up needing one.....

By the way, it does have the reclining seat feature....doesn't go way back but it has 3 different levels of laying back, semi-sitting, completely upright.
