I got a corned beef on sale, but have never cooked it... much less had it. Im gonna attempt to make something with that.

I'm making mini-meatball sandwiches for dinner tonight (it's only 1:17pm here on Tuesday).  BUT..if anyone needs some ideas, I found a recipe for a great dinner...you brown 1lb of hamburger meat, add 2 cups of beef broth, toss in 2 cups uncooked pasta shells...cook for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is done.  (then I drained any excess broth).  Add 1 can of cheddar cheese soup, 1/2 cup of salsa..mix it all up, cook for another 5 minutes or so..it came out really good.  They don't sell cheddar cheese soup here, so I used a jar of salsa con queso.  I also satueed some onion while I was browning the hambuger meat.
