I always do batter, flour and fry. I need something new though and it has to be chicken legs tonight.....so how do you make yours? I need some ideas. Also, how do you make your potatoes, I'm tired of mashed and fried. THANKS~!

I make chicken and rice...first I put olive oil in a pan and brown it a little on both sides. then you just do it like you're making rice except you add the chicken too and let it simmer until the meat just falls off. Dh likes it with yellow rice. Sometimes i'll add pigeon peas.

That sounds yummy....the only rice I have is jasmine rice though, wonder if that would work? Thanks!

 I live on http://www.allrecipes.com/

go to ingredients, type in chicken legs and see what comes up :)  I then usually search by rating.
