my hubby broke his phone and his contract is not up for almost a year so he can not upgrade and hell have to pay full price for a phone which is expensive anyone know anywhere i can get a new phone for cheap?

You could buy a phone from ebay, if his SIM card isn't damaged. Just make sure you buy one that's compatable with your carrier.

What company does he have?  I know we've gone to Walmart or Target and bought a prepaid phone and just switched out the sims cards.  If your phone doesn't have a sims card then buy the phone and call your phone company to have them activate it.
